A Birmingham City University fashion design graduate has established an international presence with their sustainable fashion accessories brand, Soi & Doro, which was founded in India when the founder was 17 years old.

The founder studied fashion in India for seven years, working in factories, workshops and colleges to understand production processes before graduating from Birmingham City University last year. Since completing their degree, they have showcased work at Birmingham Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week, and participated in UK marketplace events.

The brand's work has been featured in Forbes India and 30 Under 40 Magazine. The founder is currently writing a book about sustainability and conscious fashion, with 15 chapters completed and publication planned for 2027.
